Leaving a negative feedback as they assured me that a boundary survey will be included in the detailed work for the DA "The detail survey will contain everything the local council requires for the D.A. The boundaries will be surveyed and signed by a Registered surveyor.". It turned out to be misleading. I don't recommend to use them as the tactic is to win the job and then charge more! The excuse that it is limited title is not accepted - tell your customer upfront if you cannot do the job 100%!!!08 Jan 2020
We are very dissapointed with one negetive rewiew after 10 years in business. With this job a Boundary Redifinition was required along with the Detail Survey as it had a Limited Title. We completed the Detail Survey as promissed and on budget. We then advised the Client about the Redefinition Survey but unfortunately they chose to go with someone else for this work. We try to excell in the service as is evident in all our other reviews.Tony J
