  Have had a terrible experience with this business. Was requested to pay a deposit for the wedding day 4 months before the trial and 9 months before the wedding. Then paid a total of $220.00 separately for the trial. Wasn't happy at all with the outcome so requested to cancel the wedding booking 5 months in advance. Only then was I told that the $100 deposit was non refundable but that they would agree to refund it.....This is in writing on 2 separate occasions that I would be refunded. Have never received the refund and nowhere on the original invoice does it state that deposits are non refundable. I am 3000km away and flew down to Brisbane especially for the trial so don't have the option now of doing another one with them. Avoid this business they are very unprofessional.   Sugar Mobile Makeup and Hair were amazing and the price was the best price I received. Terri the beautiful lovely lady that did my hair and makeup made me feel hot and beautiful. Terri arrived early she made me feel relaxed and we had a few laughs it was awesome. They provided a professional service I would 100% recommend to my friends and family and for any future events I go to at The Gold Coast I would get my hair and make up done by Sugar Mobile Makeup and Hair. I rate them 10/10 Thankyou very much Sugar Mobile Makeup and Hair :)
