Yes, we’re fully insured with $5 million in Public and Products Liability coverage.  We stand by our work. Every site goes through a structured review and includes a post-launch support window. If anything doesn’t meet the agreed brief, we’ll fix it.  We include SEO best practices, but traffic results depend on your wider marketing efforts. We’ll give you a strong foundation — the rest is up to you.

No, we do not require clients to share their vaccination status.   Most of our work is delivered remotely, and if in-person meetings are needed, we follow local health guidelines to ensure everyone’s comfort and safety.

We want to deliver top-quality work that lasts.  Can I update the site myself? Yes. In fact, that’s the goal. We build on platforms like Squarespace and Shopify so you can manage content without needing constant help from a developer. We can also create guides for tasks like adding products or publishing blog posts. If you’re short on time, we’re happy to step in.  Do you offer SEO? We include SEO best practices in every site, such as page titles, descriptions, image optimisation and clean structure. For ongoing SEO or content marketing, we can recommend trusted partners.  What’s included in your service? We cover everything from business strategy, copywriting and design through to handover. We also train you to manage your site confidently and provide support for any early-stage issues after launch.  Can you just design a homepage? We could, but our best work comes from understanding the full picture. One-off design often leads to short-term fixes rather than long-term results.  Can you upgrade or fix my logo and branding? Yes. We can refine what you already have or develop a full rebrand. Sometimes a small shift is all it takes to sharpen perception and improve consistency.
