How did you decide to get into your line of work?

When I was designing my first boardgame I had to find graphic designers to assist in setting up the business. I really liked how they turned my concepts into digital designs and decided I wanted to learn how it was done so I could do that myself! I took a course, studied hard and here I am!

I used to be a client looking for graphic design needs for my business. I then decided to study and learn how to use the software. I now understand both sides from t he client's needs to fulfilling the job as the designer. I will work with you to achieve the best results.

Type of job (business card design, layout, logo, size, colours). Type of style (modern, corporate, vintage, futuristic)  Anything you can provide upfront saves time and re-work later on.  If you are not sure what you want, that's fine :) Just tell me that and I'll provide some options.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

Accepted Answer

Having a clear idea if what design you need saves times and money. Providing samples of similar inspirations, styles of work you wish to produce helps. Sticking to your brief (job requirements) and not changing course halfway through also save on additional re-work and charges.

How do you normally charge for your service?

$40 per hour for design jobs that require multiple hours or complex creative concept art. Smaller jobs, like a business card layout design will be a set fee discussed with the client directly.

Sports designs, logos, branding and advertising posters. All typical jobs such as branding, stationary, business cards, banners and concept designs.

4 years running my own freelance graphic design and publishing company.I have designed award winning boardgames, websites, logos, packaging and my personal favourite designs are sports edits and adverting.
