I was educated in a highly competitive environment and was always going to Law school. I love the solving of problems and getting solutions through the law.

I want to get best results at all times for the client and I am very reasonably priced at $360 an hour plus GST for most of the work,and $420 an hour + GST for complex cases.

Over 35 years without blemish. I try to win every case that can be won,or settle best terms those cases that have low prospects of success. I am fully insured with Legal Practitioners Liability Committee,the law insurer.

That they have the ability to meet their costing obligations from commencement of legal work taking place. Most important they have organised a budget.

The client should prepare a Statement of Facts setting out their instructions to me. This is a massive help and saves time and money.

I know the rates charged by city firms who are large and cumbersome and charge heavily. I am better value.

Hourly. $6 a minute. Tax Invoices fully itemised - procedure set in Disclosure Statement and on Tax Invoice if any issues.
