  Cleaning was overall good, however when I picked this quote, I was under the impression that $120 is for him to be able to finish the job. Later when asked, he said he's rate is $45/hour. BUT, when he came, he came with 2 other people (a woman and a young man) and charged me 4.5hours worth of work (the woman and the young man worked at least one hour, but the man himself barely) I guess because I didn't expect this, I was taken aback a bit. I felt that the quote was misleading. I guess this will be my first and last time to be using this service.

  Totally not true, the lady is happy and agree $45 per hour before starting the job, booked general cleaning, but job more harder than vacate clean, we worked very hard to bring out good job, so sad to see such feedback.
