  STAY AWAY! Theres a reason why this company has so many poor reviews. Not worth risking your valuables! Lacked communication, transparency, professionalism! Our valuables were both picked up late and dropped off late and damaged. Avoid avoid avoid avoid!

  Used them to move from Melbourne to Brisbane. It was the worst experience I've ever had. Movers damaged my wall and multiple furniture. I contacted their claims department and after requesting information, they haven't responded at all. Worst experience ever. I currently filed a complaint against them with fair trading since they refuse to respond.

  The guys who moved my furniture were great. They were approachable and efficient. However, I was told that my delivery interstate would be overnight but it wasn't. I had to pay for another night in a hotel when I was told at 5pm on the day of the pickup that the truck would not make it. Head Office knew this from the beginning when they planned their schedule so it would have helped me immensely to know this the when the furniture was picked up. As it was, I had to rush from one state to another.
