  My phone call was answered by Ben who was very polite and courteous. His smile echoed throughout the conversation as he gave me a very reasonable and affordable quote. He was at my doorstep a few moments later with his apprentice. They had that upbeat charisma that even my daughter immediately smiled upon seeing them. They went straight to work without wasting time. They even went the extra mile by adding a shelf to hold my oven a bit higher.

  Its very handy when they boys get called out to a job to have as much knowledge about the job as possible. For an electrical fault the customer might know if its on a lighting circuit or a power circuit, for a new house the customer may have changes they'd like to make before the job starts.
