Yes. We carry Public Liability and WorkCover policies. All our work is guaranteed. If your not satisfied with our work within 14 days of the services simply call us back and we'll be more than happy to return to tend to the clean.

1. Do you work Saturdays? Yes, 7.00am until 12.00pm on Saturdays. 2. What payment types do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard or cash.  3. Do you spray for fleas? We are licenced pest controllers and yes we spray for fleas. 4. Can you clean my lounge suite while you are here? Most definitely! 5. Can you remove pet urine from our carpet? Yes we can. Normal carpet cleaning will not remove pet urine from a carpet, it's a specialised process that requires specific tools and cleaning agents.

We have the experience and the expertise to get the job done the first time. Latest Technology. We invest in the latest technology and are constantly training in new and exciting techniques for cleaning homes and removing stains. This is our passion and we’re always interested in new developments. Having the best technology means we can provide a more efficient and cost friendly service to our clients.  Multiple Services. We offer services that compliment each other. This means that you don’t need to get someone to clean and another for pest control. We are trained in both aspects, this makes getting the work completed cheaper for our clients

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

To allow us to provide an accurate quote we generally like to know two things: 1. How many rooms to be cleaned. EG. The hallway is a room so if you have 3 bedrooms connected with a carpeted hallway, thats 4 rooms. 2. The condition of the carpets. We have four basic categories,  Good - Carpets have recently been cleaned or are relatively new and just need a freshen up., Evidence of Daily Use - Carpets are showing signs of light foot traffic no bad staining.  Heavy - Heavy staining through the carpets particularly from wax or oil and there is a high level of dirt build up in foot traffic areas. Bab - The carpets have 50%+ coverage of heavy soiling caused by staining and heavy foot traffic. AND/OR the carpets have heavy 'puddle' staining in areas. We have a great machine for this level of soiling which will take away a lot of the staining.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

1. Move as much of the furniture out of a room as possible, placing lighter items on beds. Moving of furniture is not part of our service. 2. Vacuum the floors of any granular carpet deodorisers (if used). These will cause our machines to be less effective and result in delays which we will need to charge on. 3. Please ensure someone is home or we have access to the home at the booked time. If we need to call back there may be an extra charge applied.

The scale of our equipment allows us to spend less time on a job whilst achieving a superior result. The direct result is a fairer price for our customers. Not only that Stain Lifters are the only carpet cleaning company you will need, it's unfortunate that a very cheap carpet cleaning company might not get the carpets cleaned properly or may even cause further damage resulting in you having to pay twice for the same service!

We'll provide you with a fixed price based on the information you supply to us. You just need to provide as much information as possible.

Our core business is carpet cleaning. However our investment in high powered machinery allows us to clean surfaces requiring high pressure and heat such as concrete, tiles and grout. We also provide cleaning for lounge suites and mattresses and are licensed pest controllers.

To effectively deliver our services Stain Lifters and their staff carry the insurances, licences and  certifications to perform their duties whilst providing the security to our clients and their property. 1. Full Public Liability Insurance Cover. 2. WorkCover QLD cover. 3. Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). Globally accredited water damage restoration technicians. 4. Licensed Pest Controllers 5. National Police Clearance certification for all full-time staff. 6. Infection control training for all full-time staff.
