  If I could give this company NO stars I would do that. I provided them with photos and list of what had to be done. They quoted on it. They turned up and spent hours wiping over everything with a dry paper towel. I turned up at 9am to find them 'almost finished'. All they had with them was a roll of paper towels, once scourer, 2 bottles of spray and wipe, one sponge/scourer and a couple of wet towels to wipe down EVERYTHING. Including floors, walls. Frightening. No bucket to clean floors, no mop, no broom. I checked over the items and everything had to be redone over and over again. To the point whereby by 12pm 1/2 the jobs required had been completed, barely. I still had to go over everything with proper chemicals. DO not waste your time, your money. They then demanded payment in cash without providing an Invoice.They were aggressive via sms's and constantly emailed demanding payment without wanting to provide an invoice first. They use constant sms's and emails to try to force you to pay without an invoice. I had to go through Oneflare to demand that this business stop contacting me and Spotless were only to contact me via Oneflare. It was a waste of 2 days. I had to go back and clean the property myself after this companies poor performance. They didn't know what to put on the invoice, when I got one it was wrongly dated.
