Yes, Public and Products Liability Policy that may be viewed on the Oneflare Profile of my business. I guarantee complete satisfaction upon completion of the work, or a return visit at no additional cost to remedy anything unsatisfactory about the cleaning service (pre-exisitng faults excluded)

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

By default! - I though that it was a good thing to do in UK whilst I planned my return to Western Australia, thinking it would do for 3 or 4 years and ended up as 15 years . . now doing the same . . based on the principle 'if it worked well once why not do it again!'

Several! From the 'Lady of the House' who when offering a tea or coffee also offered some biscuits, adding " They are chocolate ones!" To another who insisted on presenting tea in the best china teapot,cosy, tea cups and saucers on a silver tray!

Q 'How much will my oven clean cost?'  A 'There is a clear guide price for most ovens and appliances on the Perth Oven Care website where you will find the cost initially relates to the size of the oven; Then the starting condition may vary the price up or down - in most cases with the correct information a guide price is quite accurate'  Q 'What is included in your standard oven clean service?'  A 'This is outlined very clearly on the services pages of my website - all oven cleaning is a dismantle clean taking out and cleaning all removable parts of your oven and returning them to correct positions in your oven - the shelves, trays and other fittings normally associated with that oven model are included'  Q 'What products or chemicals do you use with your oven clean service?' A 'I use a variety of professional products that include traditional - some caustic products, and other more modern environmentally friendly products; all are used with safety'  Q 'Do you remove the door of my oven and clean the glass inside the cavity?' A 'Whenever possible the doors are removed and dismantled to clean the inside of the glass, often three or four panes of glass; in most cases this can be done, in a few cases because of design, construction or age of an oven that is not possible.  Q 'When will I be able to use my oven after cleaning?' A 'Straightaway as all surc=faces and components are rinsed, dries and polished and the oven heated up to test when finished so it is perfectly safe to use immediately'  Q 'How will I know that I have a confirmed booking at an agreed time?' A 'Your booking is created in and e-calendar that automatically sends a confirmation email detailing the time and services booked, in addition a reminded SMS is sent the day before to both yourself and the cleaning technician. Any varioations over 15 minutes either side of the agreed time are advised by mobile or SMS'  Q 'How do I pay for the service - is there a receipt provided? A 'Payment may be made by cash, cheque or by direct internet transfer to the bsuiness bank account (preferred); cash payments will be acknowledged with a receipt and a detailed invoice may be requested; direct payments will have by email a receipted invoice within a few days of payment received by my bank. It is helpful for a customer to send by email or SMS advice of payment when it is made'  Q 'Are there any benefits of having a regular clean of my oven?' A 'Apart from the benefit of maintaining your oven in best working condition, as a regular customer a service call may be arranged at minimum or no cost for changing your oven bulb or attending to any operational query you may have . . and in conjunction there are Reward Vouchers for posting Reviews and Recommendations that may be used for Re-books'

All of this is covered in detail on our Website 'How to Book' page - in general relates to the size and condition of the appliance and accessories - hob, extractor etc. It is useful to know appliance Make (Manufacture) Model (if known) and any pre-existing faults that may be sorted or advised upon.

A 'Local Area Discount' Bookings made in our 'core' area around Kelmscott - within an approximate 10KM radius - see website for details and ask for your discount when you book. $10 off a standard 60cm width single or double oven and $15 off wider 90cm ovens and combinations of oven/cook-top or oven/extractor or any of our already discounted 'Package deals' - Oven/Cook-top/Extractor combinations.

What makes your pricing competitive?

Pricing is primarily related to the time taken to restore your oven or appliance to best condition - less time, less cost; more time more cost - but only as appropriate. We do offer a lower price structure for ovens in 'light use condition' - see 'Refresh Clean' .We do not have a fixed price regardless of condition - where you may be over-charged for just the appliance size. Low overheads of an independent business - no franchise fees to pass on to the customer within the price charged.

Unlike many other competing services the costs are detailed very clearly on our Website that reflects the time, expertise and appropriate cleaning methods and materials to achieve the best result possible with little disruption to your household, avoiding the mess and risk of unqualified services.

Providing added value by offering discounted pricing for appliance combinations/more than one appliance in any one location.. Additional value with practical advice on the use of your oven or appliance - even some cooking and baking tips from trade and home experience. Assisting those who cannot physically clean their oven, and equally providing a service for those whose choice is not to clean their own oven! There is a curious satisfaction doing what to some people is the last job they would do in their house (:

Operation of similar successful 1,000+ customer business in UK for 15 years from 2003-2018 after initial training in oven cleaning franchise. Prior career in Catering, Chef/Chef Manager and Restaurateur in UK and Australia. Keen home cook and baker, I do what you do - use and mess up the oven!
