We have $10 Million AAMI Public Liability to ensure the protection of everything we work on.   We guarantee all the work that we do, simply let us know within 24 hours and we will happily come to fix any issues. It is important to note that we can not guarantee any work not completed by our team.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I'm Cat I used to run a video game studio, and originally Tash was my cleaner. She is amazing at what she does, by far the most phenomenal cleaner I've ever worked with (and I've had lots over the years). Over the two years we became best friends and we decided to start a business together.

Most of the people we help have incredibly busy lives juggling family, kids, social life, and illnesses too. It is so rewarding to see families once overwhelmed by the task of having to keep on top of their home cleaning, now able to reclaim their home as their sanctuary.

It's always important to ask what equipment they have. A good, well established cleaner, will always have a commercial grade vacuum, chemicals, and tools.

How long will my clean take?  If your home has 1-2 bedrooms, with 1-2 bathrooms, the clean will take approx 2 hours If your home has 3-4 bedrooms, with 2-3 bathrooms, the cleans often take 2-4 hours Generally speaking the first clean will take an additional hour.

We have been doing this for a long time and have many long standing customers who highly recommend our work. Beyond that we ensure that all team members have a full police check completed annually.

When we look around your home to calculate the price for the clean we take int account several things - the size of the property - If there are any areas that need additional time for cleaning (such as heavy built up or stained cooker) - What kinds of flooring/ surfaces you have

Whilst we do pick up items that are on floor surfaces, having these already up off the floor ensures that we can work far quicker.

We have the lowest possible hourly rate for a professionally registered company which offers full insurance. Beyond that we regularly provide training updates to our team to ensure that every hour they work is the most effective they can provide.
