  We booked Spanish Paella and Sangria Catering on my 60th birthday party on Saturday night. I cannot fault anything. JC was so easy and flexible to deal with throughout. Friendly and professional. The paella was so tasty. Everybody loved it! We also had grazing platters which were extremely yummy. Beautiful fresh meats , tasty cheeses... All of my guests commented on how good all the food was. Would definitely recommend and use again! Thank you for being part of my celebration and helping to make it special. Cathy

  They created an extraordinary environment for our dinner celebration and the seafood paella was stunning. Also mention that our guests loved the veggie one and the guys couldn't be more friendly.
