How did you decide to get into your line of work?

We had children! Seriously.... it was so hard working 9-5 in such a regimented way, we wanted to venture out on our own and spread our on wings.

We catered an onsite event for 150PP, it all went very smoothly and the company was very pleased. In their review they wrote "South Terrace " only required a power point to set the whole event in progress. We loved that!

Its great if customers have an ideas of preferred 'MENU choice'; other important requirements include location, number of people, dietary requirements, grazing table set up, equipment (table cloths etc) required.

Be practical, look at the budget requirements, break menus down to detail, price items individually. Waitressing and bar staff also costs a fair bit- ask friends and family to help and rotate hourly so everyone gets a turn.

All our girls have different catering qualifications, be it in hospitality, bar work, barista making. Our greatest qualification however comes from customer satisfaction.
