How did you decide to get into your line of work?

Was in real estate for 8 years and loved my job, however I needed to stop working over the weekends  Wanted to stay in the same industry hence why I conveyance.

I had a settlement on the 30th June ( financial year) developer needed it settled for tax purposes. Bank lost mortgage docs morning of settlement & advised they wouldn't be able to re issue for at least 3 business days. I wont take no for an answer. I settled it at 4:55pm I had a very happy client!

What do you like most about your job?

I enjoy being able to tell my clients that their settlement has gone through and hearing the excitement in their voices, especially when banks were particularly difficult to book settlement

Is there professional indemnity insurance. Is the conveyancer experienced? How much understanding and experience does the conveyancer have in the area I need conveyed

How much stamp duty will I pay? I have access to Revenue SA stamp duty calculator and can do the calculation whilst you are on the phone.  How many times will I hear from you? As often as you like. Some people only like to be contacted when a problem arises, others would like an update regularly.

The best way for a customer to save money is to have their Contract checked by me prior to signing. This way we can ensure all special conditions are adequate for what they need.

fixed price conveyancing fee once speaking with the client and understanding what services are required. On the off occasion's things pop up however the client is always aware if any extras will occur prior to receiving an invoice.
