We hold insurance, and we guarantee satisfaction.  If for any reason we do not meet your expectations, we would be happy to negotiate.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

We are both sisters, who were made redundant in a six month period.  We live in the regional area, and wanted to bring quality High Tea catering to our region at a reasonable price, instead of the community driving to capital cities and paying a fortune.

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

We were doing a Surprise Princess Party for a 10 year old Girls.  It was a mixture of family members from Grandma, Aunties and cousins. After setting up, we noticed the grandma was crying.  She was crying because it was just so beautiful.

The most rewarding part of our business is seeing the happy look on our customers faces when we set up our high tea packages or picnic packages.  They are always so excited when they see it all together.

High Tea Ladies come to you and exceed your expectation.  Gourmet Finger Food catering, High Tea Packages, Gourmet Picnics for couples or large groups, Corporate Morning Teas, Afternoon Teas and Lunches.  Children's Princess Parties and Fundraising.  Food all home cooked.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

To provide a accurate quote, would need to know the following:- Catering only :- Finger Food - How many different varieties of finger food you would require and for how many guests.  How many savouries and how many sweets. Dietary Requirements Packages - number of guests and dietary requirements.

If you book a High Tea or a Picnic through One Flare, we will offer a free 3 litre Ice Tea Decanter with your chosen Ice Tea for Free.

What makes your pricing competitive?

Accepted Answer

Our pricing is all inclusive for our packages.  High Tea Packages include the china, linen, silverware and table centres.  We deliver, we serve and we clean up.   Picnic Packages include picnic china, food and tea also.  Catering only is deliver and set up only, unless previously arranged.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Prices are per head for the High Tea  packages and Gourmet Picnic Packages.  Catering only is charged according to the food that is selected.  Wake packages are also per head, but can just be catered if required.

Specialise in presenting a High Tea Gourmet  Food with all the trimmings for any occasion. Providing group picnics with the old fashioned picnic baskets, Décor and games to create a beautiful atmosphere for guests to enjoy,  The one stop shop.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

Hold Event Management Qualifications, Food Safety Supervisor, Management skills.  Years of experience in customer service. Ability to create outstanding décor for any occasion.
