  We are 100% Australian Based Company – Many are not Unfortunately a lot of the larger companies you will be spammed by with crazy prices using celebrities or fake reviews are not based at all in Australia even though it gives that impression. What this means is people from the other side of the world are simply selling a system in call centres and linking that to a local contractor to do the work. Often this means poor communication and lack of solar knowledge for the best design of your system. Again this all revolves around being able to offer a cheap price and cut corners. In our case our business is 100% Australian owned and operated, you are given a designated project manager who lives locally to be in touch with you every step of the way. This is crucial for a smooth, hassle free solar experience.

• Why should a customer hire you over another service provider?

  We use Employee installers – NOT contractors (most important of all) The majority of solar companies use contractors as they don’t want to have to worry about staff and just want to get the install done as cheaply/Easily as possible. This has major implications for your long term support with your system. Imagine this: You have bought from a solar company that uses contractors for a cheap price. That solar company will then Auction your job to who will install for the cheapest. Are you getting a safe, reliable installer? Who knows? Generally they can come from anywhere within a 200km radius of your house, meaning probably not local either. Lets say in 6 months time you have a problem. Quite likely that contractor is not doing work for that company anymore which means they have to try and convince a different contractor to go out of their way and fix somebody elses work. Even if they are still working with the solar company, how keen is that contractor going to be to go all the way back to your house for a minor issue vs complete a whole new job with someone else that they will get paid for? The difference between us responding to your needs within 48 hours, or you waiting 3 months for that random contractor to return can be the difference of $1000’s of lost savings, not to mention any damage or safety issues which might take place from a potentially dodgy or unlicenced/uninsured contractor.
