  I asked for a wash, hair and nail trim for my dog. Quoted $60. On the day I was told that didn't cover cutting the hair because that was grooming apparently. And $15 extra. I was told if I cancelled I would still have to pay! No choice but to go ahead. The work was fine, the attitude of the groomer was not. I was spoken to as if I was stupid. Will never use again. Nor will my friends after my experience. Needs work on people skills.

  Hi Chris, I'm sorry you feel that way about our services, however no body spoke to you as if you were stupid and that's offensive. as far as the service goes, you as the customer did not request for the dog to be clipped, but only bathed, brushed, nails, and ears. it is up to you as the customer to ensure that that you are asking for the right service, blaming other people is not right. we also have a list of the services we provide on our website, in addition the dog was charged at a small dogs price rather than a medium breed that he was for a clip, just to help you get the service you wanted as you did not want to pay more. as far as poor service skills, we do not lack in those and have only been polite with you and Susan on the day etc. your review is however not factual nor valid as an argument, as you have not told the full story. I hope you find a more suitable groomer in future. many thanks Soggy Doggy Team
