Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

Yes we carry professional indemnity insurance but in our entire history have never had a claim Any difficiencies in work that are our fault we guarantee to recify at our cost but should it be a clients erroneous information or ommission then expect the recification to be an additional cost

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

My background was always accounting which helps me to understand small business and investors  Accounting was a common thread to change peoples lives and add stability to help them go forward. A lifetime of service has had its rewards being a truly SME Accountant

Every month we have a story of survival with the economy and dysfunctional government.We know that many of our clients may just be treading water but clients should take heart from  knowing we are in there fighting for them. Some of them have been flooded , ATO attacked , divorced and suffered horrible injuries at work but humour returns when our staff visit their premises and give them the GEE UP talk.

People in business find it a very lonely existance . It gives us all a great feeling when clients feel comfortable about ringing about major decisions in their business and knowing we give answers that are reasonable , practical and in their best interest. We feel we have a duty of care for our clients and feel we give value for what we do.

Most people are unsure what to ask so we ask a lot of questions first to ensure we are servicing their real needs . A common question is how much do you charge so we tell them depending on who does the work our hourly rate can vary from $88 to $330 but the average for a job will be around $150 as the director is only involved in highly strategic matters and review of work done by others

Our staff are people of good character and the highest integrity .We do not employ criminals and the nature of our work is such that we are vetted by all forms of legislation, industry compliance audits and third parties

Poor record keeping by clients usually results in higher cost so take the time to sort the mess before you come to us . Ring and ask how and we will give tips on what we expect and how to assemble for best result

Our office is at a suburban location where rents are better and parking is free but we do not think price itself is important . A three hundred dollar tax refund for a $99 fee is not as good as a three thousand dollar refund for a $300 fee. We think about the client and his specific circumstances and because our staff take years to be qualified they are more on the ball than a six week trained student with a preprinted list of tax deductions

Compliance services are charged hourly but for predicable services we charge monthly , quarterly New clients with unknown credit may be required to pay up front  Business advice fees can be based on outcomes and as we seek Financial Freedom for Everyone most people who are willing to work with us with the confidence to succeed will have a very satisfactory outcome
