Yes definitely. We are fully insured and depending on the job, clients can receive a written warranty and maintenance advise once the job is complete.

I don't have a favourite story but last weekend a client made me lunch and told me I was the best trades person she had ever encountered. The client was a lovely retired lady who said my attitude, manners, and presence was well above what she was used to dealing with, with trades people.

My work ethic and morals makes me the right person for the job. I do not feel comfortable leaving something I know isn't 100% so no shortcuts are taken to ensure everybody is happy and the job outlasts its warranty.

Because all homes are different we prefer to site measure each property ourselves to ensure things are correct, and to ensure you are receiving the right product for the situation.

Our pricing is very competitive with the quality and service you receive from us. We will not be beaten in this aspect by anyone from your initial enquiry through to receiving your appropriate paperwork at the end of the job.

Each job is so different from the last that each job is priced individually. We like to organise a time to come and take a look at the job, and to talk about the options with the client before we work out a price.
