  we are very sorry that we have not got back to you in regards to your quote, we have had a large amount of emergancey work come through and as i didn't respond to your message to say i would be there, you would have notice that i was unable to make it out to your pacific time fram. we at sm plumbing take pride in our customers and i do ask after sending quotes to ring me in person as a date time can be booked. im very sorry that you were forgoten

  Steve was great He showed up when he said he would and gave a very good price. He completed the work quickly and when he discovered the damage was more than first thought he called and cleared the extra amount which was still reasonable. Nice local bloke, easy going and professional.
