  Hi we recently had our old crappy floors done by SJK floor sanding Steve was amazing and really gave us the best options we got a 2 pac poly because we needed to make sure they would last. He was on time and made sure we were happy at each step of the process. We were so confused as to have we wanted and how the flooring process worked it was a blessing to have such a patient tradesman for once. Thanks again to Steve and his team.

  Steve understood what I was looking for with our treated pine deck looking a little tired. He explained what was required, did it in the time he allocated and finished with 2 coats of stain that made the deck look just like new. I would recommend Steve to others as a reliable and competent tradesman
