I have always been interested in numbers and figures since I was in school. It was this passion that led me to become a bookkeeper.

My favourite customer stories always involve me hearing positive feedback from my clients. One of my new clients recently told me that she was so grateful that I was working on her books. She had interviewed several other bookkeepers and felt that I was the only one that had really listened.

I love helping my clients keep their bookkeeping up to date and their BAS/s lodged on time. Knowing your figures is important in helping you grow and take control of your business. I am a strong believer that keeping a companies bookkeeping up to date can alleviate a lot of unnecessary stress.

Customers like to know how they get their paperwork to me. I'm fairly flexible as I am a fully mobile bookkeeper, so I collect my clients paperwork either monthly or quarterly, at a time that suits them.

What makes me the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job is that I have been working as a bookkeeper for over 5 years with small businesses. I understand the need to ensure confidentiality amongst all of my clients and the need for accuracy.

Typically I ask the following information:  - Are they a company or a sole trader? - Do they have employees? - Are they on the cloud and which software are they currently using? - Are they up to date in lodging their BAS's? - What specific needs do they require from me as their bookkeeper?

1. I can do an overview of their expenses that they have currently been claiming and make sure that they   have been claiming everything that they are entitled to. 2. Make sure that their business structure has been set up correctly. 3. Check that all ATO lodgements have been lodged.
