My favourite customer stories always involve me hearing positive feedback from my clients. One of my new clients recently told me that she was so grateful that I was working on her books. She had interviewed several other accountants and felt that I was the only one that has really listened.

1. I can do an overview of their expenses that they have currently been claiming and make sure they are taking advantage and claiming all they're entitled to. 2. Make sure that their business structure has been set up correctly. 3. Check that all ATO lodgements have been lodged and up to date.
