With access to designer trade prices Sharp Design Solutions can save you up to 40% on recommended retail prices. We pass this on to you and charge only an additional 10% for custom designing or sourcing the selected product. We are independent in the materials and selections we make. We choose materials and make selections that are right for you. Unlike kitchen companies, bathroom companies and furniture companies who push their own products, we make independent selections for you to ensure you are well looked after. Some of these products are from designer trade only stores. Initial meeting - Let’s start. $75.00 Often in life you want the advice and skilled knowledge of a professional to know you’re on the right track, provide options, tell you it’s wrong and why or other invaluable advice. It’s the same with interior design. We meet and see what the best solution or solutions are for you. We can also set out a plan, advise on future design fees and establish your brief. You also have access to designer trade prices saving up to 40% with a 10% fee for custom designing or sourcing the product. Package 2 – Roomit $750.00 This package is for people wanting to refurbish or create a room. It includes kitchens, bathrooms, living and dining areas, bedrooms etc. Consists of 10 hours of design at $75.00 per hour. Other hours can be purchased for $75.00 per hour if required. Clients will be advised in advance. If designing a living space and a bedroom it’s possible to add additional hours to one room rather than being charged per room. Again there is access to designer trade prices saving up to 40% with a 10% design fee. Package 3 – Total works Price on application at initial meeting This can be a total design package. Like Package 2, the design brief and price for this package can be worked out during the initial meeting. In all, Sharp Design Solutions strives for affordable interior design.
