I have always had an interest in interior design & as an 11 year old girl, I used to pretend my parents home was a Mater Prize home and I would to show people through it.

We did an owner occupied installation at Kenmore. We used a cow hide rug on the floor in the living room. The husband didn't like it but his wife did & trusted our judgement. When the property sold the wife rang & told me her husband loves the cow hide & he wants to know if he could buy it off us.

Ask for a itemised quote with pictures of the furniture and accessories they are offering . If my property does not sell in the 4/6 week hire period, how much extra will it cost to keep the furniture in place.

We do not charge on-going hire fees. Property remains in the home until sold - no more to pay. We offer mid to high-end furniture and accessories in our styling packages. We will beat any written & itemised quote (based on the same quality of furniture & accessories that we offer) by 10%

The size of the property and how many rooms. These are important as we usually quote per room. If owner occupied, we will need to know what type of furniture is in place.

Remove any personal belonging that are on show. Declutter cupboards and wardrobes. Remove any furniture or items that will not be using for staging the home.

Depending on what particular job our clients are wanting. For a styling packages we charge per room. Our in-home consultations (walk through, advice on styling and furniture placement plus a written report are charged at $99.00.
