How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I was born in to it as my father was a signwriter and it was all I ever new when I was young. We grew up around my families workshop so it was in the blood.

How long will it last? It all depends on style of sign and materials used. Hand painted signs - Generally last between 10-20 years in most conditions, which makes them a very good investment. Digital Print signs - Can last 5-10 years but much depends on the amount of UV light they are exposed to.

Signage requirements - including placement, size, background materials. The type of signage manufacture required - ie Handpainted, Digital print, Vinyl Cut Preferences re colours, fonts, wording etc

Remove old signage from windows and clean the signage area (if applicable) Ensure any supplied artwork is prepared in JPEG or PDF format  If Graphic Art work is required, ensure you have narrowed down preferred colours, fonts and wording prior to consultation with the signwriter

We individually quote signage following an in-person viewing of the site for the signage.  We will provide layouts for all quoted signage.

As one of a limited number of Qualified Signwriters left in the State, I specialise in Handpainted signage, and Gold leaf Honour Board signage, in addition to vinyl cut and digital print signage.
