  Had my car detailed recently and was very disappointed with the outcome. I'm not sure if the guy even finished. He left without telling me, not giving me a chance to inspect the completed work while he was still present! Just left, messaged me later saying all done! His workmanship was terrible! Interior needed more cleaning. Plastics not all cleaned, dirt left in cavities (ie. cup holders and other cavities). Expected seats and roof to be cleaned of at least most stains and spots, doesn't look like it was touched. Doesn't smell like its been deodorised. External, bottom part externally not washed properly, can see wipe streaks and missed areas. Light scratches were not buffed out. Dirt left in rims. Engine bay was not touched. I paid $450 (pre-sale detail plus extra for dirty car) for an outcome I could have had if I paid $20 at the local servo! I contacted Schmicko, sent them details and photos but they were useless. Told me I should have ordered the $1300 detailing service. I didn't want a full restoration, I just wanted a good service for the money I paid. Schmicko trying to put the blame on me saying I chose the wrong package is simply disingenuous.

  Finally got a chance to try out the graphene paint protection that I have been seeing all over the internet as the new and upcoming ceramic coating, but better. Without much doubt, my car came out really glossy. I decided to go with their recommendation for a single stage buff for an additional cost, even though it was a 2020 model. However, the detailer pointed out a few areas that needed to be fixed, so was happy that it got sorted. I didn't go for the interior protection because i am a solo driver, but am getting the ceramic window tints installed the following week by them. Will update my review after that too.

  Disgusting Customer Service. Missed various details, cleaned some marks, left others. Paid for the Exterior Detail + paid extra for added stages of paint correction, but they missed some of the basic parts of their detail package such as wheels, trims, seams, side skirt, skipped a proper clay bar stage, and left more marks on the car. Customer service was terrible - lectured me on what my expectations should have been.

  Absolutely stunned by the professionalism and quality that these guys delivered. I spoke to Dave on the phone who was very helpful in organising the booking for me in such short notice. Kept me updated all the way until the booking day. The ceramic coating they applied to my mini was incredible! George who was my detailer for the day, guided me through his whole process and demonstrated how we was going to buff out the paint before applying the paint protection. End result, my mini looks so glossy and shiny! Love your work guys, keep it up. Will definitely be in touch again!

  I had Simon over on the weekend to apply ceramic coating on my audi and it looks super glossy, very happy with the result. I had my previous BMW coated already by the dealership as package addon and it was nothing like this. If you plan to use these guys, ask for Simon!
