  Two men arrived on time. Polite, respectful and very careful. While they didn’t set a world record pace for speed, the job was done thoroughly and items/walls were looked after. Next time for a big job like ours I would consider a third staff member who could stay on truck and position items while other two lifted and shifted. It would also have been good to know about extra ‘stair’ fee prior to booking. Overall though, happy with the move. Thanks Sam and team.

  This was the worst moving experience I have ever had. The boss argued with me all day. I had booked 3 moving guys, only 2 were sent. Despite information being sent prior to the job about the amount of furniture being moved, they sent a tiny truck and justified this by stating they could just make multiple trips. They had no concept, despite multiple explanations, of my emphasis of needing to vacate the house as efficiently as possible due to settlement (the people buying my house wanted to move in on that day and had to cancel their afternoon truck). The job took 13hours!!! and cost double what I was expecting because it shouldn't have taken that long. I had concerns about the 2 men moving items upstairs, this was why I had booked 3, but the boss did not seem to have the same concern for their welfare. My dad helped to move the piano, which he shouldn't have due to injury. Then the movers asked me to help move the piano at the other end, which I could not, again, why we needed 3 movers. The excuse was that one mover was down with covid. fair enough, but had they informed me that they could not provide the service that I had booked prior to the day, then I could have made more suitable arrangements. There was no transparency around the cost of moving the piano, and I was only quoted this when the rest of the furniture had been moved. I had to repeat requests multiple times as they were just not listening. The boss pestered me at the end of the day until the bill was paid. And then after I have paid a significant amount more than I had budgeted for, due to rip off scheme they clearly had going (because if you drag out a job for 13 hours at an hourly rate then you're going to rake it in), the boss rang me and requested payment for 30 minutes more as the guys hadn't finished in time and then tried to guilt me by saying that he would have to pay them out of his own pocket when I refused to pay him a cent more. This was in addition to 2 cars moving items back and forth, multiple trips to help out and decrease the time taken. I have moved a few times, and this is by far the worst removalist I have ever encountered. The boss tried to gaslight me (sorry dude but I am an expert in screening abuse like that) and tell me it was all my fault. An extremely stressful moving experience. PLEASE AVOID. You will get ripped off.
