Most common question is "how can I pay less tax, legally" The answer varies depending on the Client's circumstances and what they want to achieve. Sometimes spending to reduce taxes hurts the current and future cash flow of the business and is not justified

The Client's best interest is paramount and to that extent all staff attend seminars and courses to keep up to date to ensure that our advice and what we do are up to date and correct

1.Ensure all necessary documentation is available from the start to avoid additional costs where the job is "picked up and put down" many times.  2.Where queries are raised respond with a full explanation as soon as possible. Don't put off answering as this again leads to the "picked up put down" problem  3.Keep the accountant in the loop for all financial transactions which are not part of the day to day trading such as the purchase/financing of new equipment or a car.

Clients are charged in one oftwo ways:  1.on an hourly rate basis advised upfront  2.on a quote per assignment where the task(s) are clearly defined by the Client and the Client acknowledges that anything outside the defined task(s) is charged separately
