I was asked to look into retiling a rear porch. The job would have cost the client dearly so I suggested decking instead and she agreed. The end result proved to be approximately half the cost and much quicker. She was very grateful and very pleased with the appearance

I invoice for anything more than $100 and I accept bank transfer or cash in that instance. I generally prefer a cash payment for anything smaller.

I consider all repetitive tasks like painting, door hanging, tap washer replacement, toilet cistern seal replacement, pruning of plants and trees and gutter maintenance, a common job that I consider is a staple part of everyday maintenance

Having trained as a fitter and turner and then an engineer for many years, I've had considerable experience in many fields. I used that experience in building my own home and have assisted others. I have also renovated 3 homes since, so I've carried out most domestic maintenance jobs over time.
