We are an Insured business with Public Liability Insurance. Operating out of a Shop we guarantee all our work with a : 12 months parts guarantee on all new items sold. 6 months warranty on workmanship

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

With 13 years in the Communications department in the British Army the old radio system was overhauled in 2000 with Bowman, a data incription 21st Century battlefield Comms Section. This used Computers as its back bone and I was instrumental in its roll out.

We are often called out when things go wrong and we try to get people to call us out before problems happen. Being proactive rather than reactive is sometimes better. Have your computer serviced at least once a year.

Before you call any service Tech   1.Turn off the system, remove the power and wait 30 seconds then power on again ( Hard Reset )  2. Check all the connections are in and not wobbly and if you can try a different cable.  3. Try to replicate the problem and takes notes so you can relay the error messages to the Tech

Our pricing is always competative so dont have specials as such. We do take in old systems to recycle and will discount up to $120 against a new system. We offer great Customer Service.

By sourcing good quality goods and buying in bulk we can pass on those savings to you. We buy petrol for our service van when the cycle is low which also keeps our costs down. We use Cutting edge Website and Social Media and good old Word Of Mouth to spread the good word instead of expensive adverts.

We offer many types of payment methods.  Cash / Eftpos / Electronic Funds Transfer.  We do also offer Account Facilities but this is by prior agreement with us.....

Solutions began in 2006 by Jon Ellis who has 13 years communication service in the British Army starting with  Clansman radios and then in 2000 moving to the C4ISTAR BOWMAN communications which transmits Data accross the battlefield in real time and then 3 years as an I.T.
