Worst ever experience! Never again! We booked and paid 3 months in advance for 2 hours of kids entertainment for our daughters 8th birthday party last weekend with 16 of her close friends.She didn't show up! No phone call, no prior warning. Could not contact her. As a result 18 very disappointed and frustrated children to say the least. 38 disappointed parents. Our daughter was in tears at her own birthday party and was even more upset and embarrassed as she had already told all her friends what to expect on ger special day. She is still upset today, so never again and a warning to other parents considering this service.
