As we are only a small business we currently are not an insured business and we definitely guarantee our work with backing ourselves with a no fix no charge promise or we will continue to work with the issue until our customer is completely 200% happy.

We decided to get into this line of work purely because its what we love doing, and who can honestly say they look forward to returning back to work the next day ?

We like our job so much that we don't even look at it as  a job but more of a hobby, we love everything about computers and can't wait to be able to see our customers smile and to know that we have fixed or updated our customers bread & butter or their pride and joy.

we most commonly get asked if we provide just a computer or laptop cleaning service - to just make their computer or laptop run a little quicker without actually deleting any files on the hard drive.  And our answer is "we certainly do, it's a fairly quick service that usually doesn't take any longer than an hour (depending on the computer or laptop).

We provide local pick-up & drop off services, we also provide after hours services (for ones with a busy lifestyle or work full-time). we have very competitive prices & can usually do same day service.

The typical things we need to know before we can provide an accurate quote would consist of :  What the problem is - What effects is the problem causing & any detailed information like; it only happens when you do certain things - to help workout or confirm what the problem is.  Where abouts your office or home is located.  And any other services or add-ons you may require.  Also what hardware you would like or need.
