  Ridiculously, I asked them for roof plumbing license, they have sent me nothing and in the end they took away my gardening rake, I called them to return it but it has never been returned.

  I hired Right Choice Roofing, Botany Road, Botany (ABN: 92 441 130 277) on 25-Oct-2019 to fix the roof leak of my house. I paid $1500 in cash for this roof plumbing work and they offered a 12 years warranty for their work (see the attached invoicing file and guaranty at the bottom of the file) but they did not fix the leak. I have later called them back for many, many times, asked them to come back to fix it and they have promised me for many time, again and again, but they never turned up. Finally, after long time chasing, they promised me to refund my money in full and asked me to send all my bank details to them for money transfer. I sent all my bank details to James, I awaited their money transfer for a long time and called them again and again to make it happen. As before, they promised me again and again and nothing has happened yet.
