  Solid quotes, great communicator (you always know what's going on), gives you options, doesn't cut corners, honest, reliable and a really nice guy. RTS did the tiling in an en-suite in my home and I couldn't recommend him enough. I especially appreciated that he didn't treat me like an idiot just because I was female, and he let me know as soon as anything needed a decision (which happens in bathroom renovations), so I got to have the job done my way and to control the budget. You do need to clean after a renovation. RTS kept things neat and tidy and cleaned up after themselves every day and at the end. RTS used dust extractors to minimise the dust and mess.

  I found & used Ricks tiling service many years ago for a small bathroom & laundry Reno which came out so beautiful that I had him come back & tile my kitchen & main floors. Since then Iv moved house & have had rick renovate my kitchen, ensuite & will have home back to finish the other areas when I'm ready!
