  your quote was $24 per hour higher than your closest competitor, i chose rexgo because Manfred was confident in what he was quoting and was very helpful and informative. I had Michael and Scott on the day. Scott rang half an hour before they got to my house. they were prompt, very quick, and extremely helpful, they didn't slow down at all, even though they were running up and down stairs. they were professional but fun and eager to get the job done. i would definately recommend your company.

  The quotation provided was cheaper than most others. Wade and Frank were running late due to traffic, however they rang to let us know they would be late. Having been in business ourselves the phone call was appreciated. Wade & Frank worked very well and nothing was too much trouble. We appreciated their help at the other end packing our things into the storage unit. Would definitely use Rex Removals again and would let our friends know about them Thanks

• What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

  We would need to know when they are moving, Where they are moving from and to, We would also need to know the size(how many bedrooms) of the property moving from and also if there are any awkard items(piano's/pool table's etc)

• How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

  1/ Have everything that can be packed into a box packed and ready to be placed into the truck, alot of customers underestimate how much time this can save you on your move. 2/ Although all our vehicles come equipped with tool boxes if there are item's such as bed's, dining tables etc if they are dissasembeled before the guys get there it can save about 30 mins of your move time. 3/ Secure parking at both properties as sometimes not doing so can result in long walks for the removalist from residence to truck and vice versa which could add alot of extra time to a move that is not required.
