Restore Therapy

Jo's intuitive interest in healing has led her to where she is today. She is now a certified massage therapist who studied at Victoria University and has 4 years' experience. Jo is also Reiki level II qualified. With her practice, Jo is excited about sharing the tremendous benefits that massage therapy and Reiki can bring to healing and health. Jo believes in the interdependent relationship between the physical & emotional, and mental & spiritual states. Through body and energy work, she enjoys facilitating physical rejuvenation and connection to body which enables an emotional and mental release. Jo's specialty is a combination of myofascial release, relaxation, deep tissue and trigger point work resulting in a deeply relaxing and restorative massage experience. Reiki is always present during massage therapy and cal also be offered as a separate service.
