  I employed Andrew to do an inspection on an investment property I was planning to buy. My husband and I have invested in a few properties over the years...and I must say this was one of the better ones we received. The report was so comprehensive and included very clear photographs...which we have never seen in previous house inspections. Andrew also performed the pest control which was handy as it was all done by the one operator. .. we did have a small problem in the building which Andrew detected , but because he has been in the building game himself for over 30 years he could advise us about how the problem could be rectified and it's approximate cost! Thank you Andrew.
