  I didn’t hire this company because the man who called to give the quote kept talking over me and wasn’t listening to me. I had to repeat key points about my customer needs because he was either asking me questions that I had already answered or saying things contrary to what I had just said. I don’t feel comfortable hiring a company who can’t even listen for the quote, it is a sure fire way to get a product and service that doesn’t meet my needs. Very poor first impression!
