  Greg from Renovation Location recently coordinated a whole house renovation on my behalf. Excellent and timely communication, great service, and very solutions oriented. It turned what would have been daunting to do on my own into a great experience. My house looks far better now than when it was built! Based on my experience, would not hesitate recommending Renovation Location to others.

Always taking care of us due to limited budget, providing different options for us to choose the one that best suit. Great quality in finishings and details.   Did not complete on time, which impacted lansdcaper. Changed goalposts along the way. Became aggressive when questioned about quality of workmanship, which was very low quality. Forgot things that he’d previously agreed to. Sends abusive text messages, even on Sunday demanding payments that are not yet due. Asks for payments outside of agreed contract terms. Increased price halfway through because he misquoted originally. Once final payment made sent abusive text messages saying we were miserable bastards because he perceived we paid one day late,. A nightmare to deal with, clearly he has problems and needs help. Would not recommend

  Extremely unsatisfied with Reco group. I hired Reco group for a tiling job at CBD. Prior to start they took 60% as a initial deposit. They were dragging the job for 2 months giving Childish excuses. When we came to a stage that they cant lie anymore, They sent a tiler with no trade skills. This is the first time I saw a tiler without a level. I tried to contact them to check when they going to come back and finish.so far no answer for calls. Outcome of the work extremely unsatisfied. They will demonstrate professionalism before get 60% and then disappear leaving work uncompleted.
