  Overall I am happy with the work that Jacob completed. He attended site and did a number of tests prior to telling me what needed to be done. I found his pricing quite high (about 30-40% more than other quotes) but as he was there on site I went ahead and he did the work. The work was done to a good standard. After he left I noticed he had left the old antenna laying against the house near the bins, I texted and asked him if he could pickup the rubbish and he advised me that he does not include that in his service and told me that I should put the old antenna in the bin. Jacob also wanted to be paid by and mentioned a number of times that he wanted a direct bank transfer, I thought this a bit strange. In summary; friendly guy and decent work. Higher than average price. Did not remove old antenna from site.
