We take great pride in the quality of service we provide to our customers. We stay on top of the latest safety standards to protect your home and our workers. You should call around and speak to other builders because you would be hard pressed to find a firm that possesses more experience and integrity than us.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

We prefer if you didn't have permits, designs and paperwork completed as we like to advise you and go through the process with you.  If you do have these things in place that is fine too.    We initially specialised in building extensions and renovations to existing homes. However, over time our building service has naturally grown to deliver bigger and bigger projects, to the point where often the results of our renovation and extension works appear more like new homes than renovated ones. Of course, these home transformations are generally seen at the higher end of the market and we are more regularly engaged to build more modest transformations in the $300k plus as a minimum.  If your budget is above this then we would love to speak to you.  We began primarily with extensions and renovations and we still maintain a strong presence in that field.  We are also regularly engaged in the construction of new homes too. Our primary interest is in house construction, however we are positioned to offer a complete package which may also include architectural design, town planning permits, subdivision, landscaping and swimming pools.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Accepted Answer

Our projects tend to be big.  Domestic/ Home Building, Major Home Transformations, Home Renovations, House Extensions, New Homes, Townhouse Developments, Multi Unit Developments, Architectual Design and Drafting.  We have a standard pricing systems that are very reasonable for the quality undertaken but we would prefer to share them with you during an interview.
