The cleaning service was excellent. It was an "end of lease clean" for the house we have just sold and quite a big job. My only negative feedback would be a slight delay in communication from the managers. But I would recomend the couple who cleaned our house they worked hard and provided a great result.Rida S

I have got done end of lease cleaning in November. I was happy with the cleaning, timings and communications etc. The only reason why I am giving average rating is that I am not getting bond back because landlord/agent didn't like stove tiles cleaning at all. They were not very cleaned. I talked to Refresh capital to get it reclean and got keys from agent again but Refresh capital didn't come and reclean it. I tried to contact multiple times. I think they need to improve these areas for sure!Matilda S

Hi Luigi, we both know that's bit of a stretch or even a blatant lie. We always send our invoices/receipt straight away before a job is finished. Just because you're from Millenium Homes doesn't mean you can deliberately delay payment or ignore calls/texts despite being clearly mentioned of our payment terms. Reconsider your review.
