  They charge $15 per order of service for a funeral (for just printing) where office works charges $1.50 for the same thing. shame on you!

  Yes on both counts. Once we have a clear idea of what is needed we provide a proof of the artwork that will be printed, generally laid up on an art approval from for the client to check details are correct and the product is correct.
