OPTION 1 One on one, face to face Personal training and Strength and conditioning. One on one Personal training and Strength and conditioning sessions. This Session are available for anyone from any walk of life. A one hour movement and body assessment is Compulsory, this allow me do designs a program that is suitable for you and your ability, and your specific goals. If you are a keen person and would like to train also on your own in between weekly session with me, I provide an extra PDF program at no extra cost, with all explanation and video tutorial for each exercise created by me. This will be showed to you in a one on one session before handing it over to you. My motto is Quality not quantity. Initial investment $230 for Compulsory 1 hour assessment and program designs. One on one session are priced for $115 per hour. OPTION 2 Personalised online Personal training and strength training program. Are you a motivate and exercise regularly? Do you exercise regularly although feel don’t have the knowledge to put together an exercise program that serves you? Do you have a specific health and fitness Goal and looking for professional guidances? Are you currently free of Injury and or Pain? Do you follow instructions well and like to be self sufficient? This may be what you are looking for. Delivered remotely. How does it work? This are the steps: 1 we will have a free 45 minute zoom call to discuss your goals and see if we are a good fit. 2 I create and provide a detailed plan, in PDF file, with the programs for each session according to your commitment and time availability. The program will reflect, your available time to exercise and it will be specific to your Goals. This will come with all explanation of how to execute each program and video tutorial for each exercise created by me. Each program block will be lasting for 6 weeks. There will be availability to go through the program once together via Zoom on each new block. Each program block is $230 OPTION 3 Integrative system model and corrective exercise. Are you are suffering for recurring Injury, and or pain ? Have you tried several practitioner leading to poor results? Do you feel there is hope and a way to Balance your body and feel healthy again? My service of Integrative System model and Corrective exercise focus exactly on that. How does it work? We start with a through Postural and movement assessment to revels the kink within the body. “If we aren’t assessing we are guessing” From there I lay down a detailed plane and program, comprised of stretching, mobilisation and corrective exercise techniques to Rebalancing your body structure. This may also require changes in food consumption, and lifestyle habit to support the healing process of the body. -Minimum commitment is 12 session. -Postural and Movement assessment. -Program design. Total investment $1914 Payment plane available. OPTION 4 Remedial and Relaxation Masaage Feeling stressed? Have recurrent tightness and sourness? Have you tried other practitioner with no much results? Either that you are looking for a Relaxation Masaage or remedial bodywork, I can help you. I have an Extensive knowledge of Anatomy and ways to asses the body in regard to target the necessary area of attention.
