1. How many people will be looking after my property? Primarily you have 1 Property Manager that will look after the day to day running, who will carry out inspections and deal directly with the the tenant.  2. Do you outsource any of the work? No, never. We keep everything in house, we believe so much communication is lost when you have to many people involved. 3. How many properties does each Property Manager manage? We don't believe in overloading our Property Managers. 4. What experience does my Property Manager have? They both have over 10 years experience within the industry.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

We would need to know the property address, size eg: how many bathrooms, bedroom, carport. Type of AC unit, verandah area. Anything else that makes your property better than another. If it has been newly renovated or painted.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

1. Make sure smoke alarms, AC units are served. 2. All locks & lights are working. Provide 3 sets of keys 3. The property is thoroughly clean throughout.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Our management fees are charges when tenants pay rent or invoices into our account. All other services like letting fees, renewal fee, etc are charge only when they required.

Property Management is were we excel, running the day to day dealing of tenants. We can over see & arrange small renovations on behalf of our clients. Making it less for you to worry about as we understand you live a busy life.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

All staff are fully licenced Property Managers, we regularly attend refresher courses to keep up with the changes to the Residential Tenancy Act 1995. Our staff have collectively over 30 years of valuable experience within the industry. There is no much we have not dealt with or seen.
