The way it came about with me working in the fitness industry is from a long sequence of events and interests such as gym, amounts of study and learning, classes of martial arts and childhood idols like Schwarzenegger and Bruce Lee.

No gym membership. There is no credit card or direct debit. Session fees are pay as you go so client is in control of attendance.

One flare customers is $25.00 for the first 1 hour session. Followed by. 1 hour : $35.00 45 minutes : $29.00 30 minutes : $19.00

I am required to update Cec points every two years and I excel at boxing for fitness with clients. From a young age i participated in many different sports.
