  I was so impressed with the help James gave me over the phone when I had a fault with my alarm. He gave me instructions and I got the fault sorted out with no out of pocket expense when he could have done a call out and it would of cost me around $150. This is just good ole fashioned service and you know what, if I was ever going to get any security work done, he would get my business 100%. Many thanks!

  James has been absolutely sensational, from our initial site visit right through to our install today. We gave James an outline of what we wanted, he discussed all our options and gave us some brilliant ideas including ideas that actually saved us money. We now have a fantastic alarm, an amazing CCTV set up and had our outdated intercom replaced. James was prompt, explained absolutely everything and is a genuine down to earth person. We would have no hesitation in recommending James at Rapid Alarms. Thanks heaps James.

  I needed an upgrade for an existing 20yr old alarm that was not working. Job was done very well. There was a lot that needed replacing including some wiring. It was explained with cost plus alternatives before proceeding. End cost considerably more than original quote but expected. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.
