  Mick had poor communication skills and often doesn't understand what I'm trying to tell him. He often miscalculated how much materials he needed or how big the area was. Jobs that could've taken others couple days to finish came up to weeks even more than a month with this company as they often prioritised other jobs. He dumped a lot of sand and stones that were supposed to be disposed of back into my garden. He did not want to order a bigger sized bin to fit everything. He failed to deliver on time and I would not recommend him to my family or friends.

  Hello Erica, Thank you on your feedback. Although it was biased and dishonest. We strived to satisfy your every request even well into the job. The corrsspondance and miscommunication between your family overseas, yourself and us was difficult. You postponed the tiling job yourself multiple times due to waiting on your family's approval. You yourself ordered the skip bin, we even got rid of the excess rubbish that could not fit. Sand and stones which you are referring to were not quoted in the job therefore it wasn't our responsibility to dispose. We waivered multiple jobs on that site due to your dissatisfaction halfway into a job you agreed upon, through quote. We appreciate all feedback and we will always strive to achieve customer satisfaction.

  Excellent job repairing all flyscreens on a 6 bedroom house. Finished in 5 hours. Friendly and professional. Good price. Certain flyscreens that I thought were impossible to reach was done very professionally.
